OK, I'm not usually this flaky, but... what's a cosplay picnic? I'm kinda new to anime cons in general, so I'm sorry for the stupid question (that and my brain left a note saying, "I'm out, will return: next year")

I know that you want this topic deleted, but I thought I'd just express my interest in a cosplay picnic. At that time I'll be new to the area and I'd love to take any opportunity to meet new people with similar interests.
