Lolita Panel at MangaNEXT

I was wondering if any lolis will be going to MangaNEXT, and if they would be willing to run a panel with me on Lolita & Manga. It basically would be a panel about manga with the lolita style incoporated into it. It would also include a brief introduction to the style, it's history, etc.

So, is anyone interested?
