Shapely figure -- What and Where?

Since I've pretty much dead set on crossplaying right now, my current character needs a shapely figure since it is part of his/her character's actions and mannerisms. The problem is that I don't actually have the "curves" to justify the figure.

Now I've heard about girdles and I'm pretty sure I know what they are... the problem is, are there alternatives and where can I find them?

Alternative are corsets, body briefers and other shaping underwear, padding, and umm... major surgery. :D
