The contests:

- Sci-fi and Fantasy Masquerade (like the masquerades you are used to)

- Historical Masquerade (for costumes from history)

- Future Fashion Folio (people send in fashion designs before the con, and then they send a book containing all the designs to all the people who have registered for the convention. Then you can choose a design that you would like to make.

- Single Pattern contest - choose a pattern from the ones listed and make anything you want with it.

I don't have any info on the doll contest.
