I would like to know too if there is anyone in toronto or ontario who does make costumes. For i`m an iffy person when buying stuff online :P If anyone knows pls post i would luv to know.

I know if you go to Pacific Mall there is a little section there that they do make costumes. At least that's what I heard. If I'm wrong, please correct me.

there were two in pmall, though one of them moved to the mall beside it and started focusing more on lolita-type stuff, and the otheer is kind of a combo of cosplay and other random knockoff merch

Your best bet for a costume as common as naruto is anime xtreme on spadina
they have a couple basic shonen series costumes, for good quality and prices (the only problem is they only have like bleach, naruto, and haruhi outfits)

If that fails, there's also kikiwai in chinatown center (a mall; also on spadina)
they're a tad more expensive but they have more variety in case you ever consider a different character
