Just a few comments which could prove to be useful...

Would it be possible to link the banner to the main page? It begs to be clicked. ;) And would make returning to home easier than clicking on the micro "home button" in the navbar.

Second observation, the "cosplay.com" link in the bread crumb is not consistent. Sometimes it sends you to the main page (www.cosplay.com) and sometimes it sends you to the Forum main page (forums.cosplay.com).

Third... someone should delete all those empty untitled galleries in the member gallery.

As long as we are adding our opinions, perhaps I can slip in a suggestion for a chatroom. I would just love to sit down with these great cosplayers and sip tea. ^_~
