Masked Man-MOTHER 3

You can see my planning for the costume on my profile (if anyone wants me to I can copy/paste) but my largest problems are the mask, booster, and sword. I'm planning to use a painted ski helmet for the mask and add foam for the extra shapes, but I'd appreciate some advice.
Also, should I even bother getting an orange wig/dyeing my hair orange, or leave it be?

Sure. :3 Here ya go:

I'm planning to make the mask out of a painted ski mask and extra foam that I can add on to the top and sides to make the shapes, as well as the part that covers the eye. I've looked around for some orange pants as well, maybe that I can stuff with cotton or something to make them seem baggier. I've already gotten a black sweater with a zipper, and I'm going to add white or gray fur on to the cuffs of the sleeves and the collar. I'm still not sure about the sword, but I'll figure something out, maybe a stick of painted foam or a lightsaber that I could add foam around...something. The buster will also be hard...probably painted cardboard and that silvery tubing people use for dryers and air vents. Maybe I could get ahold of some more easily manipulated material. Besides that, I have black rain boots, and that's probably just about the entire costume.
Although, I did make a little pigmask emblem thing to wear around my arm. ( O O )

I'm also going to borrow one of my friend's red eye contacts, for the side of his face that's in shadow.
