It was finished just recently in like eight and a half hours, my personal record. What I am worried about is the lace bib thing; somehow it just does not look right. Can you guys give me some input on it? The string holding it shut will be replaced with ribbon; I just ran out.

{{Why is this one blurry? I don't know...}}

{{I forgot to button the bottom part of the vest on this one.}}

I think you did a really good job on the vest. It fits nicely. So does the shirt, from what I can see. The only critique I have on that part is that it seems like the sleeves are a little fuller at the cuff in the picture. Also you might want to repress your seams before wearing it to a con.

I'm not a huge fan of the blue fabric you used, but I guess that can't be helped now. ^^ It kind of makes the costume look more wrinkled than full, but I guess that could just be my personal opinion. As for the bib, after putting it on maybe you could tack it down with some threads to the vest? That way it will lay where you want it to and wont move, and you can just snip them when you take it off.

Hope that was a little helpful.

It's true, in the pictures this blue fabric does kind of suck.

I will definitely be pressing the seams as well as the rest of the costume again before I wear it, to be sure, and I will see what tacking the vest to the bib looks like. Thanks, Itsuki.
