Registration problem

My little sister, who adores cosplay and has cosplayed before, would really like to join cosplay.com, but I can't seem to help her register. I log out of my name and try to register her a username of her own and it tells me I've already been registered as PretearWink. Is there anything I can do?

You might try to clean out your web browser cookies, maybe something wasn't deleted when you logged out?
