well yeah, how can i put a picture into my sig, and if you click the picture it leads to my website...i know how to put the picture in, i just dont know how to make it a clickable pic

Just take out the spaces! Make sure your website supports direct linking.

The correct should have been something like:

[ url=http://yourwebsite.com][ img]http://yourwebsite.com/picture.jpg[ /img][ /url]
