Manic Panic makeup

I just found out that Sally's Beauty supply carries Manic Panic makeup. I know Hot Topics also carries it but in case there isn't a HT in your area try a local Sally's Beauty supply.

Where would it be less expesive? I'm thinking Sally's might sell it cheaper than Hot Topic. Is it good make-up?

I have yet to buy Manic Panic myself but from what other people here have said, its a good brand for JRock makeup.
