Hey there! ^.^ im looking cosplayers in Indiana. I live in Center Point but no one knows where that is. So ill just say I live somewhere near Terra Haute. Its in the West central part of Indiana. Im looking for cosplayers around their so I could join their group by some chance. Ive just started to cosplay and I need help with how to do it. please if you live near here please help me out! :thumbsup: thank you! :)

Hi I'm out in Fort Wayne myself and would love to start a Indiana cosplay club or something(Just an excuse for all of us to get together to sew and stuff). I'm not a real newbie, just newer to sewing, and can always use tips and tricks of the trade. I'm going to Acen this year and hope to see some of you there.

Well, I'm working on Organizing a club of some sorts for us Indiana Folk.. hehe... I'll keep you guys posted! If anyone has any ideas or suggestions I'd love to hear some! I'm for sure going to have a sign up sheet at my Artist Alley table at Acen to see how much interest there is. We shall see though.

You read my mind. LOL. I will be moving to Carlisle, Ind. In about 2-3 months maybe sooner. That is about 45 mins. south of Terra Haute give or take on the traffic. It is also south of Sulivan about 15 mins. By the Prison. Don't blink or you will miss the sign. I have done some Ren Faires and I have been designing and sewing costumes for an about 10 years. I have one cosplay under the belt "Dragonfest 2004" in Glendal, Ca. I am 30 Years old if that is not an problem. Maybe will meet then.

Good idea. I will not be able to go to these conventions. So, if you do place an sign up sheet on your table. Put me on it.You will need to come up with an main Title for the club. Then work out charter groups. Like, I will be living in Carlisle, ( not North Carlisle ). I can be an central contact or local charter for Walbash(sp?) Area. Still cover Terra Haute, Sullivan, Vincennes maybe go as far out as Bloomington. Then there is Indianapolis who will have charter of their own. So on and so forth. These are just some exp. for you to work on. I was an club member of K.A.G. Klingon Assult Group so I have basic knowlege of how to do charters. If you want you can P.M. me to talk futher on ideas. O_o Small world...I have several friends from Center Point, and you probably go to school with my little brother. I live in Harmony, but work and go to school in Terre Haute. We have an anime club at ISU, but a few people who aren't students usually come by and hang out. I think there's at least a couple of people who are planning on going to ACen (not me, sadly).

Hi guys, I know I've been negligent on this subject, I ended up moving twice and have been really busy in non cosplay.com life since I last posted on here. I did notice that there were a lot of us hoosiers interested in getting together. Heck I've got my boyfriend and our friend interested in getting together to try and form some sort of Anime/Cosplay Club (the boys are more Anime, but you get the picture). I want to form an all around Anime/Manga/Cosplay and any other interests that fall into or around those club. What I think I'll start with is collecting names and email addresses to try and start a mailing list and try and get people together for a chat and start to organize this thing. Anyone who has some constructive ideas or thoughts feel free to contact me. You guys can start by PMing me your email and names so we can get this started. I will also be at Anime Central (Great Convention by the way) and will have an artist alley table there so people can find me. Maybe if we get enough people together and are going to be at the con we can have a meet up of sorts. Anyhow, like I said whoever is intersted can PM me or start by replying to this thread. Hope to hear from you guys soon.
