As silly as it may seem I love Hello Kitty and was wondering if anyone has ever cosplayed as her??It would be awesome to see a giant Hello Kitty just walking around!!LOL!

I have actually considered Hello Kitty and My Melody cosplay. No joke!! Only if I did it, I wouldn't wear the big plush head, I'd probably make it more 'live action' like. I'm not sure for My Melody though.

I have seen Hello Kitty costumes from Japan, on websites and such, since HK has a theme park there. I forget what it's called.... I think it's called Harmonyland, but I'm not sure.

I've been in the licensed mascot Kitty before. It was actually a pretty simple costume. The head was all foam, covered with fur. The paws and feet were pretty much the same. She did have an alternate boot set that was a vinyl type material. The body was simply a dress. Nothing special. I just wish they had though of fans though. That foam head was solid and had no ventilation.

My friend and I went to a Sanrio store last year to see Hello Kitty... I think it was her birthday or something :) The person in the suit was a bit too tall, though. I would have liked the costume to be wider to make her more proportional.

Lol, I love hello kitty(it was the first japanese animation show that I ever saw :)). I've never seen anyone cosplay as her before, nor do I plan to myself...
