Hallo peepo!! I'm new here!!! I'm gonna go to the Fanime 2003! I'm having a BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG trouble on who to cosplay as...:skidude: Can anyone give me some suggestions? I am 4'11 to 5'. Very layered shoulder-length hair. Pretty much black but I can try a wig! :skidude2:
I have been looking around but couldn't find annnnnnnnnyyyyyyyyyoooooonnnnnnnnneeeeeeee... H-E-l-P

Nekoi is Nekoi Yuzuriha. ^^; She has layered, short black hair. :3 But it's only to like, her chin. o.o;
Rinoa would fit, if you don't mind being terribly overdone. ^_^

But really.. all these threads asking who to cosplay.. It really has to do with who you like, both the character or their outfit, what you can make/do, and stuff like that. o_o

Rinoa would be really easy & cute for you...did you want to do something easy & comfy?

Or you could do Utena's black duelist outfit! It's comfy & you get to wear shorts for the summer.
Or you could try Kagome from Inu-yasha! She has your hair too..
