Suggestions anyone?

Hey all!

Ok, so I'm a newbie... and a very VERY new newbie... I've only recently even gotten into Anime and my Best friend started me and got me hooked on Yu Watase's Ceres and Fushigi Yuugi (*prays to the Anime gods that I'm spelling all this right... and that people don't murder me if I don't*) But on to the point.... I'm considering attending Otacon next summer with Ryuichi and my bestfriend... But I want a costume... I'm thinking of going as Howell from Ceres simly because it's one of the easier ones and because he's beautiful and has my name... (What, I'm allowed to be a little crazy, right?)

So I was wondering if anyone has any other suggestions... I'm trying to go as cheap and cool-looking as I can since I don't have a really job and it's gonna be a major accomplishment just getting my sorry ass up to Maryland when there's a Trek con the same weekend in DC... *sigh* I'll also take my Elf costume (Which looks almost EXACTLY like Eowyn's in TTT... Damn cleptos, I swear!) and maybe a Trek one if I can get it done...

As long as they're simple and wont totally kill my "Getting there" budget... In otherwords, nothing with rubber and stuff that's gonna cost a fortune... I really wanna do Howell tho... *smirks*

You don't need characters from the same show to come with you. I have a nuriko, alone...in my cosplay group. Do Howell. I luv him.

Oh, I'm DEFINITELY gonna do Howell... I'm growing my hair out so I can do the style and everything... *dances* I love him! And I'm working on getting a Miaka Costume put together... I'm planning on making Otakon my first, so I do have a little bit of time.... the main thing is really the $$.
