Free patterns, lots of pics and links to pics - this is an SCA person's site, so the information tends to be very historically accurate.

I haven't looked over it that carefully, but it has a costuming section.
There are commercial patterns available from Folklore for many Asian historical garments, and The Big Three pattern makers (Simplicity, McCall's, Butterick) all have kimono patterns available now.

Oh, goodness, no, but I wish it were! It's Anthony J. Bryant's page (never met him) but he's obviously done a lot of research and is also a member of the SCA and a Japanese historian. ^_^
