Registration for events

Just to let everyone know...
---registration is now up for Connecticon 2006!!

Also anyone who is interested in taking part in the Masquerade (always a fun part of the con for the audience and participants), the Dating game (have lots of fun being in character!!!) or the Cosplay chess match (Take it from me, it was an absolute blast!!!) the information and the email of the person to contact are up now!!

There are a ton of things planned for CTcon '06 so come join your fellow otaku and have fun!!

LOL, the Dating Game sounds interesting... could you tell me more? Hehe, I'm in a serious relationship, but when you mentioned be in character it sounds like it's all for pretend right? Sounds like fun!

Yes the dating game is all for fun... I stink at matching people up anyway. :P
Pretty much its characters like... For example,Tifa and three bachelors: Naruto, Inuyasha, and Dark. They answer questions in character and other characters may appear unexpectedly (unexpected for the audience not the characters on stage). You get the idea... Any questions can be directed to myself and the main event coordinator (our emails are on the CTcon site) www.Connecticon.org

LOL, wow that does sound entertaining! I'll definately take time out to see that! I want to participate, but I get extremely shy infront of large crowds O.O; . Can't wait for Connecticon! Woot!

I saw a similar event at Anime Boston. It was hilarious. And the Anime Chess Game is I will say the singlemost greatest event I've seen at a con, and I've been to Otakon, AB, CTCon, and Anime Next.
