Someone Pleeeeze tell me...I'm rather desperate, you see. My Dad is saying that he won't let me go if I don't get him more info about the conventions, and I can't seem to find how much the costs are!

all cons are different; check the official site of the one you want to go to. admission prices should be listed. hotel costs vary on where you stay.

Do some research on the website of the convention you're going to. If you're planning to stay multiple days, you'll have hotel costs. Then there's registration ^^;
And food.. and transportation... unless you live in Cali where cons multiply.. -_-;;

Well, depending on the con, the price changes. the one Im going to is 35.00 for me cuz I was late >.< but somethin as big as BAAF, that could cost like 50 per person...so...tell me the con youre talkin about...
