I think that all those dressing up as any of the great Naruto charecters should meet and get atleast a picture and maybe a meet and greet.

I might be bringing a ghetto Sasuke outfit, and have a friend who might have ghetto Naruto...and as far as a gathering time, it doesn't really matter, as long as it doesn't clash with the MOA gathering.
