I'm fairly new to the art of building cosplay costumes, But I have nearly 10 years of experience as a costume designer -- working professionally in collegiate, community, and professional theater. After being introduced to Cosplay over a year ago, I have decided to use my costume and design skills to create beautiful costume pieces inspired by various anime, video games, tv series, and movies.
I will not offer wigs or props other than jewelry because I'm just not very good a re-creating such items.

Whoot! I can now take new commissions!
Heres all the info you should need!
Generally my costumes run 200 on up ( might be less, depending on the costume(s) your looking at commissioning) and shipping is a flat rate of 8.10.
All costumes are shipped priority (2-3 days delivery time) and are insured.
I genrally take 1-2 weeks to make a cosutme, once again, time depends on exactly what the costume is.
You can see reference work at my photobucket site, since i only have one costume up on this site so far:
http://s51.photobucket.com/albums/f388/Keebablue/
i usually try to update it once a week, depending on when i get commissions and how busy i am with the commissions.
I take all forms of payment,(credit card, paypal, money order, etc) however,i do frown upon cash in the mail. its not safe; just dont do it
I do payment scheduals, if you cant pay the full amout, or are just being causious. ^ ^
I can do rush orders, though they will cost a bit more.
So there you have it folks! You can PM me or email me at:
Keebablue@yahoo.com
I also take commissions! I take commissions of all types, including small accesories. I am very good with detail, especially with jewelry and pendants, etc, and very good prices. If you would like pictures you can pm or message me.

Hello I have been taking commissions since 2004. I only work on costumes I know I can work on examples: Sailor Fukus, dresses, kimonos, .I will not take an order that is out of my capabilities. The items I wont make are armour , huge props, or really complicated costumes examples: Lenneth ValKyrie Profile, Buster Swords, . I try to make the prices as fair as I can.
I can also styles wigs of the anime characters examples:Sailor Moon, short haired characters, fairly simple designs. I am also limited to styling the wigs.I cant style wigs such as examples: Cloud FF7 and the such. But it never hurts to ask what you want.
I always send a contract first if you want work done by me. That basically states that I am making such item for you.
To check out my work you can look under "Commissions" on my cosplay gallery. Or my commission website the link is located in my signature. Both sections are updated for every order I do. ^_^

OK well I have done 3 commissions so far for costumes.^_^
-2 Inu yasha, FULL costumes
-One top only of Tenten from Naruto
I have also done 4 swords make from pure wood: sanded painted and detailed to perfection by me!! Yes I'am equiped properly to do wooden replicas of swords.
So far my best has been Rikus SOUL EATER from Kingdome Hearts.
I Have done Inu Yashas Tetsusigia 3 times!! 2 smaller versions, one in silver and one in white. They look good and carry around better in large crowds, but still give a nice size feel. Then one that IS OVER SIDED...65 inches!! thats over 5 feet!!
I have also have made every costume in my costume list so you can check those out as well^_^
You can see the results of the commissions in my photos in "commission!!"
Also take a look at the signature^_~ for more photos of the progress:bigtu:

I've been costuming since 1999 and have made over fifty costumes to date. I make costumes, accessories, and some props. I tend toward high end creations because I prefer to work with quality materials and my work is both durable and beautiful. I can work with just about any kind of fabric (spandex and PVC included) but I don't make armor (leather, metal, etc.) I'll be entering the textile arts program at Georgia State University this fall so I'm going to start experimenting with weaving and dying techniques soon.
I've recently started making nylon fairy wings and accessories, and my prices for these pieces are extremely competitive. I do both pre-made wings and fairy accessories as well as custom creations. Custom creations are only slightly more expensive than pre-made items.
You can see examples of my work here in my photo galleries, or feel free to visit my website at http://www.wonderlandclothier.com

~Props and Armor~
No matter how complicated, large, or small. Weither you need it next year or next week. I will commision props and armor.
Anything from a pendent to a full gundam suit.
I work with your price range; if you are going low cost, then I will tell you about cheaper materials and/or construction methods to fit your price range. I work with everything from hot glue to fiberglass.
If you contact me, I will work with you to insure the highest quality product possible; weither its over the phone or through email, untill everything is layed out to the "t". It is of the utmost importance that we are able to communicate so that there are no "supprises" down the road.
Most times, If you want a prop that I have allready made, the price will be drastically lower than for one that I have yet to make.
Needless to say the more intricate your request is the longer it will take and the more it will cost. For the more expensive commisions you may be required to pay half of the final cost up front for materials for the commision.
I have learned half of what I know from the internet and half from experience. If asked, I will gladly suggest methods for making the prop yourself or, if need be, I will give tips and advice on howto work with different materials.
Contacting me is free, and I am always willing to answer any of your questions.
PM me here, EMAIL me at olivastudios@hotmail.com, or just head to the website (http://users.ameritech.net/iron-oak/oliva_studios_main.htm).

I am now taking costume commissions. This is not limited to things that can be sewn. I can do sewn costumes and jewelery. Just about everythignng except for wigs. I have been doing costumes for my daughter and now for cosplay. I especially love doing Suikoden costumes and have done Agnes and Rita.
Also my husband is taking prop commissions made of wood, plastic, metals, and just about any type of material. My husband makes all of the props and accessories for our costumes. He has quite a bit of experience of making high quality swords and will make armor. Sword prices start at $50 on up all with a nice automotive finish.
We are located in Central Illinios and can do the fittings in person if you live in or near our area.
The rates is full price for materials and a reasonable sliding scale of price per hour based on difficulty of product. I only require a deposit equal to the cost of materials to make the costume.
Here is some samples of my work more to come in the next few days:

Well I'm kind of new to commisioning but I feel I'm up to the challenge. I am now commisioning props including but not limited to swords, sheaths, guns, staffs....basically weapons I can do other things too but I've mainly made weapons in the past. If you want to see some of my work check out my props section in my photo gallery
My best props so far that I've made for myself are my Tusken Raider mask (made from a kit), Master Sword, and Master Sword Sheath which I havent got pictures up of yet. Feel free to drop me a PM or email me at Forcebewitya@yahoo.com
If you have something you want made email me and I'll come up with an estimate which is subject to change depending on how fast you need it and how much work it ends up being. Also you will need to pay for supplies up front. Thanks ^_^

Whoo! On one of my random visits to this board, I think I'll post ^___^
My name is Sam, and I run BeAnime.com (http://www.beanime.com). We (myself and Chris) make cosplay costumes, accessories, and some wigs & props.
So far, we have filled over 400 orders, and made over 90 different costumes & props that have been purchased by customers. We've been taking commissions since somewhere in 2003-ish. We're equipped to do everything from uniforms to custom embroidery, to plastic fabrications and some woodworking as well. We've also just started working on making accessories, clothing, and cosplay for Dollfies and other similarly-sized Asian Ball Jointed Dolls.
As a bit of a background, I am currently at the Univeristy of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, working on a BFA in Costume Production. See, all I'm going to be doing is costuming for the rest of my school life ^___^ And then beyond. Oh, and we are also a registered business, I hope that may help you feel a little bit better. Check out or customer feedback as well, and you'll see pictures and comments from our past customers. I haven't sold on eBay very much for the past few years, but you can see what we have for feedback (all positive) under taeliacstudio_cosplay
I also try to keep my gallery on Cosplay.com up to date, so you can check there for some of the costumes we've made, or you can watch me on DeviantArt to see the latest pieces (http://taeliac.deviantart.com)!
Thanks all ^________^
~*~*~*~Updates~*~*~*~
We're currently very limited on space, so if you would like a commission, please consider inquiring quite a while ahead of time - we can only work on one or so commission per month, because of school (we're in classes from about 9 in the morning until either 8 or 9:30 at night every day but Friday!).
Also! We are taking wig commissions at a discount, in order to get some more experience with them. Taeliac has had 3 workshops with a Broadway Wigmaster, but would like more experience with cosplay wigs, not theatre wigs. All wig commissions will be done for material, supply and shipping cost only - get these while we're offering them this cheap!

I do costume, prop and accessory commissions within my ability (PM to inquire.) My base of operations currently is my home, in Oviedo, Florida. I am available during most of the year, and depending on my schedule can complete costumes on a time frame when requested. Email is at SharinganRogue@gmail.com and if you wish to commission me, just send a picture of the desired costume, how long until you need it, and I will reply back with whether I can or cannot complete the request, and after that, how much the costume and supplies will cost.

Okay, so it's time to make it final and official. I've started taking up doing commissions, primarily for swords, katanas and such. My main background in props right now stands with BLEACH, but I've got a few others in works, as well. If there's something you'd like made, please feel free to inquire with me, via PM or email jkalpowsky@gmail.com and I'll be glad to try to help out!
I've currently got plenty of room for that Otakon rush, too, but time's starting to run short >.<

I accept commissions and orders for Ragnarok Online hats/headgear through that link. For this service, I will refund commissions in full if I accept payment and the result isn't perfect. I have a very high standard set for my work, so you will only be receiving perfection from me.

For the time being I am open to commissions.
I can style wigs. I have worked on pigtailed, high ponytailed wigs and curly wigs. You can view my commission gallery for images.
I also take commissions on costumes and embroidery. Please send links to reference when asking for price quotes.
I can also make many prop weapons. I have to have a limitation of things over 4 ft long unless I can build it to break apart as the post office does enjoy slapping huge price tags to their shipping for anything larger. I have worked with wood, paperclay, foamie and fiberglass for my personal props. I do have resin casting knowledge but not much call to use it.
Please PM me for any quotes and or requests.

I take mostly weapon and accessory commisions.
AND
I've already made these for friends:
--InuYasha/ Tetsusaiga, Sango's Hiraikotsu, Miroku's staff, Sango's and Ayame's katanas, Tokijin, IY's Prayer Beads, Sandals, Kikyou's bow
--FF7/ Cloud's Buster Sword, shoulder piece, and gloves
All weapons are made from pine or balsa (or as per Con regulations) IY's beads were made from wooden beads and sculpy. Miroku's staff was metal rings and scuply on a shaped pole.
I have pics of my personal weapons on a photobucket site at: http://s90.photobucket.com/albums/k243/x_InuYasha_x_2006/
I accept any commissions, no matter how large but you will pay huge shipping if it's taller than 6ft. Or not in the U.S. And as a guarantee of commissions being taken, I will most likely need a down payment for materials if I don't already have the stuff to make what you request.

Hey there, I'm Luna. I've been designing costumes for years and I'm currently working towards a double major in Musical Theatre Performance and Theatre Production with emphasis in costume/wig/makeup design. I'm usually glad to accept a commission, however slots fill up quickly so enquire fast. I take Money Orders, cashier's checks, and PAYPAL.
I make CATS the musical style costumes. I'm one of the top 3 CATS costumers online, and I've been making them for about 8 years. I'm usually in high demand. I've made 12+ wigs and probably 10+unitards, that doesn't even count the custom knitwear and tails :). I do custom work and cannon characters. Check out my website for examples. PM or Email me - Goldenluna87@yahoo.com
http://msmagistifo.freehomepage.com
Aside from the CATS stuff I also make faerie crowns, and wigs.
Faerie Crown - http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v95/Ms.Magistifo/DSCF1507.jpg
I also take Anime/Manga wig commissions based on skill level.
Sailor Moon wig- http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v95/Ms.Magistifo/Sailor%20Moon%202006/DSCF1623.jpg
The odangos are NOT crooked, the wig is shown on a lopsided wig head. It's also placed on the wig head off-center. Sorry. I'll have a better shot soon.

We take the full range of commissions at Ichidan (http://www.ichidan.com) including vacuuform projects.
We're mostly a cosplay group, so our commission slots are limited, but it never hurts to ask.
The page and forums are covered with pictures of our costumes, so definitely look around, eventually, we'll have an online catalog up.

I am now taking corset commisions. I work primarily in the Renn and Colonial American styles (16th through early 18th Centuries). But I can dabble into other eras, espeacially if you have a picture/idea of what you want. All corsets are hand sewn. I do both boned and non-boned corsets. Boned corsets can be boned with either plastic boning or knotted cord.
Prices varry by cost of materials and amount of labor involved. (a.k.a. if it's boned its going to cost more)
PM me if interested.
(pics of examples coming soon)

Our website features our portfolio, a forum for help-seeking cosplayers, a mailing list of website updates, and a newsletter featuring monthly events in the cosplay community.
We do rush orders as well. We've all been commissioning seperately, but have banded together in an effort to be a sort of hub for commissions. We're also looking for affiliates! We keep the communication lines between us and our customers open so that there's little room for error.

I recently started taking costume commissions, so I'm getting my site cobbled together.
http://liz.spain.googlepages.com/commission
I'm an award-winning cosplayer (multiple Best-In-Show awards) and junior majoring in Fashion Design. (so act now before I do this full-time and it stops being fun)
I specialize in Naruto and Bleach costumes and also enjoy making EGL dresses. I also make any wigs, shoes, accessories or props that accompany a costume and work in pleather quite well (but don't ask for armor unless it's small pieces). Since Halloween is over, I have room for a few more commissions before convention season starts up again.

Ever wanted to cosplay a member of the FMA military? Have you given up because there's no pattern to use, or because the commercial versions are cheap and terrible? Do you have the money to spend on a really good one?
I can make you one!
I specialize in making the FMA military uniform because it's complicated but tailored to fit you well. You can see it in action in the attached file and in the appropriate folders in my cosplay gallery (http://images.cosplay.com/gallery.php?member=21794&cat=500).
I love this series so much that my standards for this uniform are very high. It wouldn't be so expensive if they weren't! If you're interested, you can find more information and more pictures here (http://vesperity.org/cosplay/).

In time for the new con-season, I will be taking commissions full-time.
At this point, my schedule is wide open, so if you have any up and coming cons and need something commissioned, I'm your girl!
Right now, I am only taking costume commissions and small props. Examples of past work can be found in my gallery. My prices are fair, but also negotiable. I work on the "hourly system", so the less intricate detail work I do, the less the overall cost will be. However, if your order is a rush order, then the hourly rate will double.
The only thing left to mention is that my work studio is situated over a soap store. If you don't want your commission scented, mention that, and I will do your commission from home.
If interested, feel free to PM me. Or, email me at sailor_a_chan@hotmail.com with Commission in the title.

Blasphemy Blue is making commissioned cosplay jewelry for a limited number of people due to school, but she WILL accept your order at a later date if it is possible for her to construct.
Blasphemy Blue DOES NOT do metalwork; Beading and wire construction is her specialty.
Suggestions:

Earrings
Other beaded objects (cloth purse decorated with beads, etc)
Pictures of her current work can be found in her gallery under "Cosplay Jewelry", and more photos of a higher quality will be uploaded as soon as possible.

I'm taking off this semester from school, so I've got quite a bit of free time for commissions. However, I won't be doing this on a regular basis. Right now, I'm only taking wig orders (I might be able to do other commissions in the near future), but not just any wigs as I'm not a professional, and I'd like to keep my sanity. I might refuse a wig if it's appears to difficult for me. I enjoy doing spikey styles. Some examples are in my gallery and I will have more soon as I'm working on a few commissions right now. I keep my prices down as much as possible; all the wigs I have done so far have been under $100 each, but will vary depending on time needed to style. I don't use cheap wigs; the wigs will come from either CosWorx or Amphigory. I do ask for 4-6 weeks in advance, but may be slightly more. I can usually have a wig done in a week or 2 after receiving it.
I can be contacted via PM or email at aryastar@gmail.com

Hello!
I am new to commissioning and would like to start doing it and hey you have to start somewhere.
Anyway... I will be fair when it comes to pricing because I am new to this and I just only started. I don't have a sewing machine but I still really want to take your order because I know I can do it
I can make costumes mostly and maybe some props.... just ask me first and we will discuss it.
First off I will need reference pictures of the costume then I will come up with the cost of materials for the costume. Then if you decide to get me to commission then I will make the costume, sending you progress pictures, and this way I can make any corrections needed along the way and when you receive the final picture of the finished costume and you are happy then we will discuss the payment for labor which will be reasonable.
if you are interested then you may PM me or Email me at adventurer_william_dickey@yahoo.com

Hey everyone. I was wondering if people would be interested in commissioning me for Costumes. Right now is the perfect time to do it since I have a lot of free time, and this spring I only have one class on Wednesdays for four hours. I'm only capable of working on simple costumes, and nothing too extravagant at this time. It can be either regular anime/manga costume to EGL.
I studied Fashion Design at the Art Institute of Seattle and am now going to Seattle Central Community College for Apparel design.
I work primarily in Apparel/Clothing only. I do not do wigs or props.
Your quote will be based off of : materials(fabric, paint, notions, thread, etc.), labor(estimated time it takes me to make), and shipping- or if you're local I'm more than happy to meet you person to person for fitting and giving you the final product!
If you want a quick basic quote, please be aware that I require at least 2 months notice in advance. There is a contract that will need to be signed, and if you are under age you will need to have a parent/guardian sign. Otherwise, please go ahead and send me the picture of the character you're interested in, your height, weight, bust/waist/hip measurement and when you need it by and I'll get back to you.
If you are interested in my work (http://images.cosplay.com/gallery.php?member=44235&cat=500) and would like to commission a costume from me, please contact me either through PM or e-mail: pinqcouture(at)gmail(dot)com
Thank you for your time and consideration!

Alright, wanna quit my part time job without losing my income, so I'm going to open myself to comissions!
10 years sewing experience, 6 in costume design and fashion design.
My prices are determined by materials needed, effort required (labor) and shipping. I give discounts for large orders and multiple items.
In addition to costumes and clothing, I also make patterns.
Until Fanimecon is over however I'll only be accepting small comissions. I'm very good with petite coats and finer details. I also make jewelry with clear cast resin.
You can contact me through a PM here, my e-mail, or through any of the links in my signature.
Reference pictures and examples of things I've made can be provided upon request.

As of the moment, I have a few months free of sewing, and time to actually take on some commissions. I only take costume commissions, some wigs ((light styling, nothing extreme)), and no props.
The examples of my work can be found here::
http://animeangelblue.alle-stelle.com as well as in my cosplay.com gallery.
I tend to give multiple prices when I price a costume, depending on the fabrics, and leave the fabric choice up to the customer. A costume made out of cheaper quality fabric will definitely be cheaper than a costume made out of higher quality fabrics. However this will not change the quality of the sewing.
I have 15 years of sewing experience, starting with Renaissance, Medieval, Period clothing, and then eventually expanding into Anime/Video Game Cosplay. I will not take anything that I feel is out of my level of sewing, or a costume that I will be uncomfortable making.
I make all the patterns for my costumes, and have been practicing pattern making for about 5 years now. I have 3 different types of sewing machines, all for sewing different types of materials. I can sew through pleather/vinyl/pvc if your costume requires it, as well as sewing through the more finer materials.
I can add either hand painting techniques to your costume, or embellish as well with hand sewing, machine applique, or quilting techniques if the costume requires it.
I do have a serger, and can serge/overlock all of the seams and hems in your costume, as well as other alternative methods of hemming and finishing seams.
I mostly specialize in CLAMP based costumes, but if I'm given good reference shots, I can make almost anything. If your interested, please drop me an email or a pm, and I can explain everything a lot better there.
I can if your interested post my cosplay commission policies here, but I prefer to work one on one with my customers, or people who are interested in a commission as well. ^^
Looking forwards to hearing from people ^^

Hi! I am accepting commissions on EGL accessories and undergarments. This ranges from head dresses to cloth chokers to petticoats. I am NOT accepting full EGL ensembles at the moment. See something in a Gosu-Rori? Let's make it happen!
You can see some of my work in my Cosplay.com account: here (http://images.cosplay.com/gallery.php?cat=24857&member=2510) and here. (http://images.cosplay.com/gallery.php?cat=18763&member=2510)
I will also be selling premade items occasionally on Etsy.com (http://fantasticexplosion.etsy.com).
Please feel free to PM me if you have any questions or are interested!
EDIT: I am currently accepting corset commissions.

I'm accepting all kinds of commissions, but feel free to PM me for more details. I don't do weapon or prop commissions, but I do alot of plush, costume and wigs ones. I don't have alot examples online, but if you are interested, I'll be happy to show you the few that I have. My prices are pretty reasonable. I give quotes per commission.
Plushies - start at $25.00
Wigs - starts at $40.00
Costumes - ask for a direct quote

I'm ready to take my first ever commission! :D
I've been sewing for a few years now, just clothes around the house. I started getting into sewing costumes last Halloween and I've really only made costumes for my daughter. Visit my sewing/cosplay blog (http://themrs.kalalism.org/) to see my costume work and for a link to my e-mail.
I am an accuracy freak and fabric snob. Fortunately for my fabric snobbishness, I live in Turkey, a country that's main export is textiles. (That means fabric is less expensive than in the States.) Boo yah.
Please please please e-mail me with any and all questions. :D

hi! I would like to try commissioning costumes. I have almost completed five so far for cosplays I'm done and will do. I'm a responsible Sophmore in college and my costumes are good-quality. To give a general scope of my rates, I can probably get a costume done in about a few weeks or less. I would charge enough for cloth, shipping, then about $5 an hour after that. If you'd like to see some of my costumes I've done I would be happy to show you some pictures. If you're interested, please respond and I will be happy to talk to you!

Yo! I am a member of FMC and I am taking commissions this summer. I have been sewing since 2003 and I'm hoping to start a commissioning business. I am new to commissioning so I won't be able to take a lot of commissions at this time, so space is limited. Some of my work can be seen in my gallery. Costumes that are worn by friends and myself I am able to re-create for you.
Things I am able to do are:
- wigs
- small props/accessories
- costumes
The website for the commisioning and store isn't up at the moment, but it will be shortly. If you want a quote for a costume just PM me here and put the subject as "Commission" or something along those lines. Also, please tell me your character's name and series and also attach/link some photos of the character.

Another commissioner adding herself to the fray...
Experience: Making costumes for about 6 years. Illustrator for my whole life, so in that regard, I'm detail-oriented and make things as close to perfect as possible.
Things I can do:
-Accessories (leather, beading, sculpy/paperclay, etc)
-Wigs (Difficulty: Intermediate...I can do Sora (KH) but not Medusa (Petshop of Horrors,) for example.)
-Full-scale costumes
-Costume pieces (Shoes, gloves, vests, other individual pieces.)
Prices: Vary depending on difficulty of the designs in question, quality of materials desired by client, intricacy of inlaid designs, etc. Examples:
FULL COSTUME
-DuoLon/King of Fighters ($400 - Easy to sew costume but the dragon designs on all panels took 30+ hours over several days. Coat only, styled wig included.)
-AntiForm Sora/Kingdom Hearts II ($700 - Detail-oriented, many loose accessories, client desires the floaty/whispy tendrils and light-up-eyes mask. Styled wig included.)
COSTUME CLOTHING ONLY
-Organization XIII coat/Kingdom Hearts II ($250 standard, $300 Xemnas final form. Coat only.)
-Shinigami/Bleach ($600, includes hakama, underkimono, haori (coat,) tabi socks, and waraji sandals.)
WIG STYLING
-Iori Yagami/King of Fighters ($150, basic styling plus custom coloring since it's near impossible to find a plain red wig that isn't a party color or henna/brownish looking.)
-Sora/Kingdom Hearts II ($150, intermediate styling.)
-DuoLon/King of Fighters ($200, intermediate styling, plus accessories that go with it.)
ACCESSORIES
-Ed Elric belt/Fullmetal Alchemist ($200, real leather.)
-AX badge/Trinity Blood ($30, leather backing, beveled surface.)
-Abel's shoulder armor/Trinity Blood ($150, weathered, rigid, removable.)
-Sora's shoes/Kingdom Hearts ($75/$150 depending on whether client wants regular zippers or if he/she wants 30gage zippers.)
-Hollow mask/Bleach ($100/$200, varies depending on how big/detailed the mask is.)
-Wings ($250+, depends entirely on how big they are and whether they're feather or membrane style.)
All prices are negotiable if different materials or some such are desired. Shipping not included.
PM me if you'd like to inquire about anything! ^_^ Currently, the most available slots are for smaller projects! First come first serve! PMing for info doesn't mean you have to get anything, questions just as welcome as commissions themselves XD Check my sig for linky goodness.

I am so glad there is finally a thread like this! Solo threads get lost as the pages fill up.
Strange Land Costuming has been my side business since 2000. I started out doing primarily Jedi robes and got a reputation for being the most accurate, but since then I've moved into any and all replica costuming.
www.strangelandcostumes.com is my online portfolio. It has not been updated to reflect the commissions I've completed in the past calendar year, which include items from Naruto and Bleach. My own personal portfolio is a more extensive look into my talents and abilities, because I want people to know my sewing skill and my dedication to accuracy, which extends to customers as much as it does my own personal cosplay. What I have displayed are not the only costumes I can do, I will attempt nearly anything - I don't limit myself to remaking things people have already ordered, though I do get a lot of repeat business. Four Kaiba coats, two Battlestar Galactica uniforms, and oodles of Jedi robes, for example!
I am an award-winning cosplayer, currently toeing the line between Journeyman and Master level, and won three hall cosplay ribbons at CostumeCon this year. But what really matters is that in seven years of doing costumes, over 100 of them for various customers, I have never had anything returned to me or needed to refund a customer. What I pride myself on over other commission-makers is not being the cheapest, but being the most accurate and highest quality. Unfortunately, if you're looking for a dirt-cheap costume, I'm not your man. I want you to look good in your costume, and it comes at a price.
All the information about my pricing, ordering, and other policies is at www.strangelandcostumes.com - please contact me through there if you'd like to set something up. But I entertain negotiations, queries, and pricing estimates through email and instant message. And once again, please don't think that my portfolio on the site is the "only" costumes I can make. I can make just about anything you show me pictures of, the portfolio merely reflects the costumes I have already made in the past.
Thanks for your time. I hope to get more commissions this way, if people are looking!

My name is Anna, I've been Cosplaying for 3 years. I don't have a ton of experience, I'll admit that. But my prop and dye work have never disappointed. I have had people asking me if my props where official items before.
I take commissions for small to medium sized props, mostly staffs. I'm very good with Card Captor Sakura staffs in particular, and am available to make the first season staff anytime. The second staff is something I will only do for close-personal friends though due to fragility, and difficulty. I'm also willing to do dye/paint jobs if the item that is to be dyed/painted is provided.
I no longer make full costumes. But I'll still do Obi's, and sleeves if the item is requested atleast two months in advance of the needed time.

I am blatantly advertising. LOOK AT ME.
Sick of being ripped off by Ebay? GOOD. SO AM I. Want an excellent costume that's fun to wear and looks authentic? :3 We can help! We specialize in making full costumes, including hard to find armor and accessories. Below are costumes we've made and worn to conventions! We'll make complicated costumes you can't find anywhere else! For Pricing and more information feel free to PM me!
If you do want a costume done, be sure to include your bust (around your chest), waist and hip measurements. For armor, depending on what part of your body it's on, measure from shoulder to shoulder, from your neck to the small of your back, around your wrists, upper arms, ect.
Be forewarned we don't do rushed orders. Don't order a costume three days before a convention. Order at least a week in advance. ^^ Thanks so much!

Hi I've recently decided to start taking wig commissions to gain some experience and try out new techniques.
I've been cosplaying since 2004, so that's been a couple years now. I've been styling wigs since sometime after that. I wouldn't send out anything I wouldn't personally wear myself, so you can be rest assured what you receive will be quality.
I've dyed wigs, parted wigs (see Temari in my gallery for an example) and done other basic styling. I'm confident in my skills and only ask I get 3 months notice before the date the wig is needed.
Send me a PM if interested and I can give you a quote as far as pricing goes. Thanks :P

NOTE: As of 5/12/08,I am closed for comissions for an indefinite amount of time due to the various stresses of life and my own big projects. Sorry guys! Whenever I do open back up, my bf will be (possibly) taking prop commissions.
Celtic Rune commissions offers:
-minor wig commissions; I'm not capable of those 'Squeenix' gravity defying styles yet. (And even if I was, those things wouldn't survive shipping too well). I also am sort of new at the whole dye job thing, but am fairly decent with simple styles and extensions.
-small costume pieces;
Need a vest? A set of cuffs? A captain/lieutenant badge (Bleach)? Celtic Rune commissions offers these and more!
-full costumes:
Depending on the difficulty of a costume, I can do full costumes as well. (Full costumes, as I define them for commissions, do NOT come with a wig, but I'll be more than happy to include that in your quote if you ask). I have to say, though, I'm not good with hakama, so full Bleach shinigami costumes are not available.
I'm also fairly detail oriented, so you won't have to worry about me totally overlooking an important detail that you really wanted to have.
I do have a paypal.
If your piece requires body measurements, I'll be happy to help you find out how to measure yourself (whether it be for a shirt or how to size yourself for a ring, though I don't offer rings)
I do NOT currently charge extra for finding more reference pictures, however, my ability to find them is just as good as yours, and I don't have a Photoshop program to clean up pictures with..
Examples of my work are in my photo gallery; PM if you're interested, and I'll shoot you back a quote (shipping not included). I do ask that you give at least three months notice to me, since I'm still quite active in the cosplay scene and have costumes that I want to have finished to wear to a con too. ^.^ Also, I don't do rush jobs (ie. given less than two weeks notice) unless it's an extremely simple piece (such as a sync clip for an Evangelion cosplayer, or simple earrings)
Thanks for reading!

As I can get materials at a low cost, I can do costumes at approximately $60 - $90 each. Just to let you know what are the average price that I quote, a D.Gray-Man second generation uniform done in faux leather will only cost you $85!! A Organization XIII cloak will only be $80~ (Without shipping though.)
Prices obviously depend on the current exchange rate. XD
I ship internationally too. If you are interested in asking me to help you with commissions, please either drop me a PM or email me at silvernitemare@gmail.com. Emails preferred.

Some time ago, I ran a well known and oft used cosplay commission site, Cygne Noir. I stopped activity for a while, due mostly to academic activities taking precedence over costuming, but I will now be accepting commissions again!
Here's a look at just a few of the past costumes I have done for others:
http://images.cosplay.com/gallery.ph...850&member=851
I offer competative rates - $12/hour. It may seem like a lot, but I work quickly. For instance, the Kuja and Trainer Yuna, two of my most ambitious projects, took only about 25 hours each to do, and cost only $315 and $400 respectively! I am especially proud of my ability to choose proper materials that are comfortable, easy to care for, translate well to photos, and are relevant to the character (no crush velvet Sailor Moons from me!). I have a serger and finish seams for quality purposes.
Out of the dozens of commissions I've done, I've had two complaints (that I know about XD), both of which were resolved. I respond to emails quickly and have had no customer service complaints, but a lot of praise. Any issues with fit or construction you are not happy about that can be fixed, I am happy to adjust for free if you ship it back.
I do NOT do props - no weapons of any sort - or wigs. I do however do some jewelry, shoes, and small wings, and will probably experiment with armor in the future.
If you would like a quote on a costume, please PM me these details:
-Name and series of the character
-A full body shot or two of the costume and what you need of it
-Your budget and expectations
-Your dress size
I look forward to hearing from you!

Because I have to wait until next year before I can start my college (Fashion Design) I have too much free time.
That means I'm taking commissions from now on.
Right now I'm working on some Pia Carrot costumes (http://i198.photobucket.com/albums/aa277/cosbape/WIP/piawip.jpg).
All my costumes are made out of cotton or cotton blends, I don't like to use satin. I prefer to make costumes ranging S-M size. (sorry I don't have any experiences with plus sizes right now, but depending on the costume I'll make excuses.)
I'm really good in dresses (maid/school girl) and also Gothic Lolita dresses.
The prices vary. The basic costume from above (dress+apron) would be around 80 US $, complete (incl. gloves, chocker, headpiece and thigh high trims, batch) around 100 US $.
I love making the details as close as possible to the original. (e.g. Mikuru's zigzag trim around her sleeves, the carrots from the Pia Carrot costumes)
Anyway if you are interested, drop me a line.
My most recent commission:
School Rumble Uniform (http://i198.photobucket.com/albums/aa277/cosbape/Commissions/sr_cos.jpg)
Please have a look at my cos.com gallery (http://images.cosplay.com/gallery.ph...=15196&cat=500) to see more costumes I made.

Hello one and all. I am doing commissions for ANY costume and some wigs. For more information you can visit http://www.trustybell.com/ and click on the cosplay and commissions section!
I posted in the spam forum before about my commission services but I was accidentally logged into my sisters account while using her laptop.
My prices range between $110 and $250 USD. Shipping to anywhere would be $12, unless ordering a wig, which would be more depending on the size of the wig.
I do not do prop or shoe commissions.
Thanks again!

I am just starting to take commissions and already have a few commissions set up. I currently have no commissions completed but hey, I just started.
^w^
Pretty much, when I am not sewing, I am on the computer talking with people about costumes. I love them and hope to be able to take a commission from you!
Thanks for even taking a peek at my web site.
I am very nicely priced for my costumes. I don't use the cheap, see through material other commissioners use (unless you want it to be super cheap). If it looks like leather, I use leather!

I'm taking wig commissions.
Wee Ghostie Wig Commissions (http://www.freewebs.com/weeghostie)
I've been styling wigs for about a year and a half. Examples are in my gallery and on my site. My areas of expertise are in spikes and custom colors. I don't normally do odangos, but I know how to and I am willing to. In fact, the only thing I don't think I could really accept would be Shiva. XD. Prices are relatively low as I am just starting out and trying to build my reputation.

Hi, I'm Nekomimichan and I do small prop commissions, basically anything that can be put in the mail. I can make large swords and staffs but they would have to be picked up in person, or a really large shipping bill :crylaugh:
I can do almost anything:
-jewlery
-mini-top hats and crowns
-small trinkets
-wands
-staffs
-assorted weapons
-lots of fun stuff!
I try to keep my prices reasonable and I can make most small things in about a week. I can always work with your budget and provide everything from "cheapies" to professional grade props that will last and last.
I will always provide the type of materials that I will use and substitutions can be made if you have a preference. Progress pictures will always be given.
I'm not into doing clothing commissions yet because I don't have a serger and I wouldn't sell anything that wasn't properly done. I occassionally sneak into my old sewing class to use their serger but I can't do it if I'm sellling the stuff.
I accept Paypal and will ship worldwide at the buyer's expense.

Hi! I've been making costumes for going on 11 years now, but I only commission jewelry, shoes, and weapons (mostly larger weapons like shields, keyblades, and wider swords). I mostly specialize in video game cosplay, in both props and costumes. My best speciality is costumes for Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy 7 series. I'm currently revitalize my old website, but you can still veiw my works elsewhere, including here soon. All I ask is no commissions for conventions sooner than 3 months away from the con date. This gives me enough time to collect materials and work on your commission, however if you were to order simple, partical designs, then we can work things out. PM me here at cosplay.com, e-mail me @ crystal_orca19@yahoo.com or check me out @ Deviantart.com as my website will be under construction for a while. Thanks <3

-I also only do elastic waist for pants to allow for more freedom of movement.
-I am looking into making more Akatsuki Robes and ANBU vest

I'm new to commissioning, but not to costuming. I do wigs&props (within my skill level) and human-style costumes. The only thing I can't do right now is armor.
I charge for the materials and 20% of that total cost for labor. If you're from cosplay.com I'll drop it to 15% ^^ But please give me at least two months in advanced notice of when you need it (I'd prefer more time, but I won't take anything that is needed in less than two months)
