Okay, I was trying to help make one for JACON, but during the time we were talking about meeting I was stuck in a bathroom trying to do Freija makeup with Athena_Chan (needless to say, it didn't work too well... :bigcry: ).

Well, I want to try and get one together for METRO! This is going to be a BUSY con this year, that's for sure.

What IS know falls like this:
Friday:
Opening Ceremonies~time TBA, main ballroom
Fantasy Masquerade~8pm, main ballroom
Club METRO~after Fantasy Masquerade, main ballroom

Saturday:
Chess~12-1pm, main ballroom
Matsurai Dance~time TBA (in evening), main ballroom
Blackout Rave~time TBA(in evening), main ballroom

May also be happening on Saturday: Anime Idol, Cosplay Competition, Eyeshine concert (in evening)

Sunday:
Chess~11am-12pm, main ballroom
Costume Contest Signups/Pre-judging~1-3pm, room 19
Costume Contest Lineup~3pm, room 19
Costume Contest Stage Presentation~3:30pm, main ballroom
Closing Ceremonies~time TBA, main ballroom

May also be happening on Sunday: AMV Contest.

Other events that will be happening, times TBA: PLID concert, various seek and YURAsama apperences/performances, Monkey Punch apperences/panels, guest panels (see the usually growing guest list here (http://www.animemetro.com/metroconventions/control.cfm?ID=1378)), and more (that aren't coming to me at the moment).

Hopefully we can find a time to meet up and have a photoshoot? I was thinking by the large backdrop like last year's (http://animebelle.com/gallery/album85/DSCF0326).

What do you all think?

I already made the panel, but I was waiting until I figured one last thing out to post the time. I was thinking saturday at 3-5pm.

You actually made a panel for a C-Com gathering!? Dude... THAT'S AWESOME!!! *big uber glompage*

Makes life SO MUCH easier, and it will be in the con guide so forgetting won't be so easy! =^_^=

I saw that the panel was up. I will make it.

There is no way I could have conducted a panel of my own this year. Not with my being SO BUSY at my job.

Oh, I am very excited! Last year was fun, if a little scatterish. ^^

I gotta get working on a new nametag! ^__^

I'd love to join in, but it'll be my first time to Metro so I won't know where to go. Is it in a specific room?
If the meetup happens the same way it did last year, people will gather in panel room 2, chat for a bit, then photographer-nap someone and head off for group pictures.

Sorry it's taken me so long to respond, everyone. Yes, the meetup will be from 3-5 pm on saturday afternoon. I'm not changing the time because when I did last year it caused way too much confusion and probably is part of the reason not everyone knew about it. I hope you can all make it. =)

Well.... if it was saturday, it had to be against something they are doing. Saturday's the most logical day to do a meetup because the most people are at the convention. I had to put it against their photo sessions. I hope you can still come for at least part of the meetup. =/

Oh, man! My gut is telling me around there I am going to be doing Cosplay Competition signup and stuff... =;.;= I know the contest itself is 4pm, and I think Roy might want me to help with lineup and things.

This sucks. :bigcry:

Nooooooo. =( I thought the cosplay competition was at like... six this year. Should I change the time? It might be kind of difficult, but I will try.
