The con's getting close and there is no master list of Cosplay.com gatherings, so I thought maybe I should start one. I tried to go through the forums and look at times, but I'm sure things need to be added/changed. In your post, include the group gathering, the time, day, and location. Also include a link to your thread if you have one, and I will add it.

We should probably do an all FF shoot on saturday. Around 1:30/2. But Also Kingdom hearts that day as well. I'm sure though that AB staff is setting up a photo station schedual.

I had asked if there was an official list of shoots, (including Original Chars), and save this, I have yet to see one.

I know AB is setting up its own list, but I'm not sure if it will be available before the con, so this is for Cosplay.com Photoshoots/gatherings only. If you have a shoot to add to the list, please post a day/time/location. I am not personally setting these all up.

I believe the Masq coordinator has an event planned around the Naruto shoot being right before the Masq, so maybe 5 or 6 would be a good time for it. I think 5-5:30 would be good because if gives plenty of time for pictures and also give people a chance afterward to do last minute pre-Masq stuff.

Also, since the autograph session for Gravitation is on Sunday, I think that's a great time to have a Gravi shoot.

I just wanted to let you know that the photostation link was posted for the specific reason of gathering all the photoshoot times. As for anyone that has not contacted me about times for their gatherings, for example the two final fantasy shoots, it would be nice to have contact before posting the times, since there is already groups in those timeslots. BlueCosplayAnge: I know you guys are organizing your own list, but this was intended to keep track of gatherings being arranged by cosplay.com members, many of which are being arranged completely seperately from the photostation time and locationwise. If the shoot leaders want to set something up with you, they certainly can, I didn't mean to step on your toes, and the list is certainly subject to change to whatever group leaders post. :)

As for the Final Fantasy gatherings meeting at the station, I did e-mail you about the Final Fantasy gatherings way back the first week you asked for e-mails, and you said we had those slots since no one else had asked yet. Is that not the case? If so, we'll just meet elsewhere.

The friendly cosplay.com gathering will most likely be at 2PM on friday, in the second floor hallway (well have a poster or something to identify us).

This is what most people are agreeing on, and it seems like the time and location unless there is a bad AB scheduling conflict.

The photostation should be listed in the program book, once I find out the exact location of where it will be, I will 100% most definately post it. Also I will have sign boards with the schedule of photoshoots ((both photostation, and nonphotostation)) at the photostation, this way if anyones looking for one of the shoots they should be able to find them ^_^

All you have to do is show up to wherever your shoot is scheduled. The pictures will later be found online most likely, by whoever is taking the shots ^^

This post is causing a lot of confusion, I have been getting constant pms and emails about why the photostation seems to have been taken over by someone else. I have asked for this post to be locked by the admins, and if its not, I am going to ask you to post the photostation information in the first post. Due to mass confusion, I feel this is necessary, and would not ask this of you otherwise. Thank you.

O.o no! It shouldnt be locked just because people dont read well enough, and you shouldnt ask admins to shut down something when you didnt even properly talk to shiva about it first. I personally want this to stay unlocked and as a sticky... You can always make your own thread and ask for it to be stickied as well...(sorry admin for offtopicness i just wanted to express my thoughts on it just in case if it makes a differance in the life or death of this thread)


I have stated in my previous posts and recieved no response, and there has been no change to the matter, just blatent disreguard for the photostation. The thread is still unlocked, however it is no longer stickied due to confusion. I think the admins made a good choice considering how much confusion this post has caused.

It's wonderful how Cosplay.com is always full of people who are ready to help out organizing events; I'd swear the cosplay events at Anime Boston wouldn't be half as good without all of you helping. No problem! :) I just wanted a way to help people keep track of gatherings, especially ones which either weren't photoshoots, or weren't taking place necessarily at the photostation (i.e. pool gathering). I hope that is still clear, despite the confusion.

For the Friday Cosplay Dinner, it looks like the time has moved back to 5 because of conflict with Kaiju

I think its ok that shes keeping up to date, since this is still an active thread, it would make sense to have the info up to date. And this WAS the original sticky by the way. And BlueCosplayAnge's sticky isnt as correct as this one has been. (not to mention shiva has all the links here too which is nice). Where does it make sense to have 16 threads all saying different times and places. If all of the threads are up to date, then everything is ok and it doesnt matter which one people look at.

I've made the changes - thanks for letting me know! :) I wouldn't want someone to find this thread and be mislead, although now that the stickied list has added the c.com gatherings as well, everyone can look there, but I will continue to edit this if people post changes.

And Ange - thanks for adding the cosplay,com gatherings to the stickied thread - that makes everything a lot clearer. :)
