is there some instructions or patterns available online for bonnet? Like this one http://www.cosmates.jp/shop/product_info/cp-43_78_85/pid-2239.html
I have tried to search but I have found nothing

There are PLENTY of bonnet patterns you can use for Gothic Lolita styles if you look at Colonial/Pioneer costume patterns. Most of these will have hats, and for the lacy parts, it looks like you can just sew that in as trim.

It looks like a cross between a sunbonnet and a 1910s-era sun hat... do you have any other pictures to go by?

if you want some patterns:

http://www.mccallpattern.com/item/M5129.htm?tab=costumes&page=1
random online instructions that can be used as a guide:
http://sunbonnetsue.com/april2001.html
http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/trailofthe49ers/bonnet.htm
that would give you a basic idea (the two links for instructions).. with a bit of drafting, you can add the details to the top^^

I haven't seen any patterns online and I haven't tried making a bonnet yet, so I can't really offer any advice on that front. But Vogue makes some really nice looking bonnet patterns that would be perfect for Lolita, IMO.
