Online sources for Gothic Lolita boots?

I've given up the idea of buying Gothic Lolita boots off-line, so I've returned with a new question - what online sources for Lolita boots/shoes ship to the US? I'd really appreciate any suggestions!

Have you tried Cosworx (http://www.cosworx.com/) yet? They have a pretty large selection of boots and shoes that would work for gothic/lolita costumes. Alternately, Hot Topic (http://hottopic.com) has a decent selection on their website (and in stores, sometimes).

You could also try looking for Dr. Martens (http://www.drmartens.com/), either online or in stores. They aren't necessarily gothic or lolita, but they have a very wide variety of designs. Most of their shoes are leather, too. Just keep in mind, all Dr. Martens shoes are in UK sizes.

I saw perfect gothic lolita boots at Hottopic about a year ago, but they've since stopped selling them in their store. I haven't checked their site recently but everytime they do they don't have anything good! (By the way, thanks for the links you guys. xD I'm looking for boots now too)
