Okay, here's the deal. I'm bringing my GIR (http://images.cosplay.com/showphoto.php?photo=813749) to AFest (as in tomorrow), but my assistant(s) are unavailable. This puts me in a pickle. If I'm going to wear GIR, then I need help to put him on, at the very least. It doesn't take long to put him on, maybe thirty minutes tops. Where the assistant comes in is to straighten the costume, smooth out wrinkles, and make sure nothing's hanging out. If you can help me with my GIR costume on Sunday, please pm me. I'll also be wearing my GIR armband (http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i180/astillar/GIR/sos.jpg) at the con, so if you see me in person, feel free to volunteer. If you help me out, you'll get a free meal out of it, at the very least. And my gratitude, but I think the free food is the preferred form of compensation.
I could also use a seeing eye dog/person whilst in costume, but if I have to, I believe I can survive on my own. Eventually I'll get glomped or fall down some stairs or expire from the heat, but that's my problem.
