I'm going as the Red Butterfly (either Kyoko or Arisa Uotani, take your pick). I need to redo my jacket as the original was a wool trench coat I wore for a local con in the winter last year and I highly doubt wool will feel nice in July.

Changes are good that I will be there with almost an entire Fruits Basket cast. I'll know for sure within the next couple months. I do know that we would be wearing our outfits on Friday morning/afternon.

...Might have to change from Akito to Ayame (and not just because he's my zodiac year). I used my fugly Akito outer kimono as lining fodder...so I'm going with Ayame.

I'm currently making an anime Akito costume, not sure what day or time I'll wear it though. ^^ It'd be nice to have a big photoshoot in the fountain area though.

I'll probably be cosplaying as Tohru Honda, in her winter fuku. I went as her last Otakon on Saturday, and got get remarks on my costume, so I feel it bears repeating ^_^ I'll probably wear it on Friday though.

I'm going as Tohru Honda...in the outfit she wore in episode 12. That's for sure. I'm also making her summer school outfit. I just don't know yet which one is going to be worn first.

I'm gonna be cosplaying redbutterfly Kyoko. I can't wait to get home and start working on it. Now just to find a clearer reference pic, where I can actually read the kanji on the trenchcoat... If all else fails, I'll just use the kanji from the black one.

I'll be cosplaying Kana Sohma on Friday. I'll be walking around with a Hitori and a Hatsuharu :D
Though the Hatsuharu outfit isn't quite complete.. we're still waiting on the wig to come in and the jacket to come in so I can alter them :3
My boyfriend went all out.. xD He spent 200+ dollars on the jacket just for the cosplay.

just thought i'd pop in for a random comment...

at AMA 07, I cosplayed Ichigo from bleach, but I chose to wear my orange wig to the rave, and wore a black t-shirt with white cargo pants. half a dozen people told me I looked like Kyo, and sadly...all I could say was..."who?"

Anyways, our Hatori might have problems getting up to the con.. [she's coming in from Florida] hopefully she'll make it or I'll be alone in a room with 3 guys >_>;

Edit: His coat was backordered til the 20th... of next month x-x
I think he can get away with it if his wig comes in.
