I'm considering a Nina costume, and I was wondering if anyone had good references for her hair. I have a blue wig that would be perfect according to the attached pic, but I also found a fanart where she has a ponytail. Does anyone with 4th mix know?

Thanks!

I say long hair Kuro.

To do Yuni or Alice... hmm.

Lol, if you do Alice, it'll be an invasion of the blue-haired DDR chicas.

Ah, do whatever you feel like because it's won't be a big issue of Nina's hair length, but short hair would be better for a wig. A wig for Yuni would be kinda difficult to pull up in high pigtails... I luck out w/ my hair color and thickness being nearly exactly like Yuni's. If you're thinking about styling wigs or finding a way to have it put up so that it won't fall off your head/show hair net or whatever, I think you might want to ask Sailor_Moon for advice since she has her wig styled and pulled up perfectly for her costume.

::sees that everyone has a DDR banner in their sigs::

Just a question... what's this DDR Duel about? I'm also entering in the DDR compeitions as Yuni for Otakon ;). Plaid skirts would be flying.

Thanks Neko Cathy, I think I'm going to get a medium length blue wig and pull it into a ponytail. I think the orange kerchief will help keep the wig on my head.

Lizzy and I have been egging each other on for months about who's better at DDR, and we're having a grudgematch at Otakon. These costumes are for the May 3rd Northeast cosplayer's picnic.

OH!!! Oh ok because I saw you guys having banners being posted up and I thought that there was some DDR cosplay group going on at Otakon. People have been making banners for their cosplay group members that represented which characters they were going to show up as such as from the FF series (my Fuujin banner is from the FF8 group), Xenogears, Kingdom hearts and whatnot. I thought about getting together a DDR cosplay group at Otakon, but I'm already in a FF8 group and w/ that, the masquerade and the DDR compeition to arrange, and I don't think I'll be able to organize a group. But hey, I don't mind getting pictures taken w/ another DDR cosplayer which is all I can do :)

How good are you guys at DDR? For me I can do an 8 footer and on my good days, 9. Plus on a couple of songs I can freestyle and I'm very good at doing crossovers. I'm pretty good for compeition levels, but I know other people better than me (the Akira cosplayer that was w/ me at Katsucon ownz me, but I've gotten better).

Please discuss the actual game playing in the videogames forum. it doesnt really have anything to do with cosplay.

and i could kick all your asses at ddr.
