i went... it was dry... the venue seemed.... small. not many cosplayers other than the ones who were working there at the booths. yeah.. i'm quite disappointed.

Wow, so you worked for awhile for ProductionIG? That's amazing. :)

It only worked part-time. However, it was a very good experience. I am glad when there is a person interesting for Le Chevalier D'Eon. ^~^http://img01.cure.livedoor.com/thumbnail/c/ch/chikuwaxxx/chikuwaxxx11647238760637_I.jpg

How do companies hire cosplayers in Japan? Do they advertise in newspapers?

Most people register themselves with a specialized production. However, there was a direct offer from the person who worked in IG in the case of me.

Wow, that's good. That person must like your cosplay. (I like your cosplay too)
I saw cosplayers working for companies in Tokyo Game Show as well.
It must be very fun since you became the company's official cosplayer. :)

I will take a look of Le Chevalier D'Eon since I like things made by Production IG.

I had a friend doing a cosplay in last year TGS, {I nearly got a part too :/} overall, the money for 3 all days was not too good if you compare with usual performances, but it was for a small editor... Also, she said that the days are pretty long... standing there in from of people for 10 hours ^^;

You can`t spect less if you want to work here --gambaruuu-- -_-u
But うらやましい! that`s so cool n_n!

really? I think the crowed inside the TGS is pretty creepy, I like to hang out between the different hall with the cosplayer, even if out there there is still some creepy stuff... like the longest line is just the girl that is showing of the most flesh and not the best group ^^;
