I was just wondering, in other cons, the costume contest is more like a fashion show. You know like big CatWalk or Stage; so i wanted to know if thats how AMA is going to be doing it.

Please, check out our website. We have two separate contests for costuming. There's the Hall Contest which is a craftsmanship-based contest and has time slots Friday and Saturday for judging. This is held in a private area and none of the contestants will do anything on a stage.

The stage is solely for contestants of the Masquerade on Saturday night. Totaly separate registration, set of rules, times, etc. You can perform a skit or do a walk-on. You can be judged on just your costume for craftsmanship, your performance, or both; just read the registration and fill it in correctly.

But again, please check out the convention's website as there are more details there!
