Well, I am working on a Jin, Wolfwood, and Auron cosplay, but I'm a decently chubby kid.

so, to lose weight, I've come up with the following plan:

6 small meals a day

Meal 1 - Bowl of cereal

Meal 2 - A piece of fruit

Meal 3 - A Sandwich

Meal 4 - Another piece of fruit

Meal 5 - Whatever is for dinner, but in small portions

Meal 6 - Protein

For excersize, im going all cardio so I can max. my weight loss.

I will be doing 40 seconds of jogging followed by 40 seconds of sprinting for 6 reps to start off. Then, I add 1 rep every couple-3 days.

How's it sound? Any ideas? Again, I'm going for pure weight loss, I don't need muscle mass, I think I'm already strong enough.

My method, which has worked so far this year (I've lost ~30lbs), is the following:

Monday-Friday
Breakfast: 2 Nutrigrain bars
Lunch: 1 can of campbells chunky soup
Supper: 2 Chicken salad wraps (not very big ones though)

Saturday
Cheat day, have some chocolate, and generally healthy food within reason

Sunday
Breakfast: usually skipped (because I often don't wake up before noon on Sunday)
Lunch: Large Sandwhich type
Supper: Random nutritional type stuff from the store, no snacks

On top of this, I make sure to include 1 or 2 sessions of 2-3 hours of intensive DDR practice, and/or 2+ hours of walking.

Generally though, if you match controlled eating with excercise, you'll find the results you are looking for :)

to OP: Cardio is good, but you'll want to engage in some weight training as well. The quickest way to do away with fat is to burn that fat and turn it into muscle. The quickest way of doing that, is weight training. Find a gym or a friend who knows what they're doing to make a regiment for you.
