Those are wicked easy. I have a couple of different colored pairs I wear all the time to work and outside. Here's how you go about it. Make a circle template(cutout) with a compass. Do it so the diameter of the circle is 9 1/4 inches. This will give you a 5/8 sewing allowance all around the circle. Diameter is the measurement of the top of the circle to the bottom btw.
Trace and cutout 4 pieces, then take 2 pieces and while having the right sides facing the inside(basically your sewing it inside out)
you sew a seam almost all the way around the circle. Stop 2" before finishing the circle and then turn it inside out via that 2 inch hole. Then handstitch or machine stitche the hole close and you have the option to topstitch the edge. I prefer to topstitch it because it makes the circle look neater. Repeat with the other 2 pieces. Kay now get some matching ribbons (white for chun li's and angle cut them and either fray check the edges or carefully use a lighter to melt/seal the edges. Last thing you need is an elastic hair band. Finally put your hair in buns, center your bun cover and and pull the elastic band down over the fabric and bun and take the ribbon and tie it around to cover the hair band. I usually like to coordinate my elastic hair bands to the bun covers and such. Or put beaded elastics around them instead of hair bands. Accessorize it how you like. Hope this helps. ^_^
