There's an error in the link to Anna Liese's site. The forum puts "..." in the visible text, but it shouldn't be there in the actual page-link contents. Working link:

mtr0623 - This (http://sensibility.com/pattern/jacket.htm), which I is already on the list, should be relevant to your interests.

jjcpammc09 - You could use Google translate if you don't understand, but I would definitely suggest finding a Japanese speaker to translate them for you.

0-0mikomiko0-0 - It's not a tutorial at all. It's just a few pictures of the costume in progress. I don't think the words will help more than the pictures do.

Also, thank you for posting this! I must say, I find this quite helpful myself.

are there anyother school uniform tutorials or current(easily modified) patterns available? The one posted here is for the collar. I'm haveing a mess of a time trying to find something that will work for the jacket/blouse top of a female unimform. All the patterns that have been suggested that I found are unavailable and out of print. I would perfer from scratch rather than modifing a t-shirt, since I already have all my fabric. Thanks!
