Hey guys -

For my Fem Spike, I'm looking fo r a gun holster that will strap to my thigh (since I'm going to be wearing a skirt that has slits up the sides, this seemed like the best option.) Anyone have suggestions on the easiest way to go about making one? Or somewhere cheap to buy one? (My funds are rather limited at the moment, so something custom is right out.) I figure anyone who's done Lara Croft would have a general idea... :skidude2:

Any help would be great. :D

What your'e looking for is a "Tactical Holster". You may be able to find one at a gun store. But a better idea would be to look at websites that sell airsoft guns, they often have inexpensive tactical holsters.

Try this: http://www.shortyusa.com/create.php?goto=http://www.shortyusa.com/cart/viewitem.html&II=216&OldLoc=http://www.shortyusa.com/cart/body.html

It'll be under accessories.

You may have trouble with the gun itself, though. Most cons won't allow airsofts.

Thanks guys! I wasn't planning on carrying an airsoft just for that reason. I've got a couple different things I'm working with (ranging from a squirt gun to just plain ol' toy guns) but nothing that will cause any trouble. Thanks so much Kira - That's exactly what I'm looking for and for a lot less that the trouble it would be to make it. :D

I did have a little idea about airsofts, thogu. If you did want to use on, you could probably open it up and take out a part or 2, thereby deactivating it.

Many cons still won't let you carry it if it LOOKS like a gun, whether it works or not - check the weapons policies for the individual con/s you'll be attending.

I made my own cos the tactial ones are alot i couldn't find any here anyway (well not for les than like 50 each) and i need a leather look
what i did was take my gun and wrap soke cardboard round it glue it then cover in pvc leathery stuff.. simple...ohh and you need to add a loop at the top to attach to a belt or glue it to the belt oh and some elatsic (hold sup ebtter than leather/pvc doesnt fall down as much) to strap riudn your leg

here's an ok pic of my r finnished holsters and rig thingy...
