The park outside the convention center is huge and photogenic. To help people decide on a location for their photoshoots and be able to easily direct other members of the group to the chosen site, I've uploaded pictures of some nice spots I've found and recorded their locations on a map. The map is pretty tall, so scroll down to see all of it.

No interior pictures for now.

Thanks for posting that. :) I remember using some of those areas last year for photos.

I like how that picture of the bathroom, during the night that graffiti on the door appears, cos you can't see it during the day. haha :D

The first picture has those rocky-formations. Those must be new cos last year they weren't there, just under-construction. They'll make good for nice backdrops.

I'd like to say that the graffiti was written in special night-vision ink, but the pictures were actually taken a week apart.

The rocky formations were indeed installed after last year's convention. I read the date on the little plaque.

This is an AWESOME post. Thank you very much! I've never been to that area before and this is really helpful. There are some interesting places I'd like to check out! Thanks!

Having looked at the weather forecast for the weekend, do you have any areas indoors you would recomend for photos? It's supposed to be raining/snowing most of the weekend.

Other conventions were in progress when I was scouting, so I didn't have access to the whole building. Also, there are more people inside during the convention, so it's harder to clear space for a photoshoot. I only have a few pictures.

A big room on the fourth floor. Registration was here last year. The stairs and plants in the back might be cool. (http://svk.angryzero.com/wsctc/17.jpg)
These stairs are on the first floor. Take the escalators all the way down and turn left instead of going out the doors. (http://svk.angryzero.com/wsctc/DSCN3003.JPG)
This room is on the second floor behind the escalators. There are some tables and chairs off the the left. (http://svk.angryzero.com/wsctc/DSCN3005.JPG)
