Last year was my first year at NAF, but I'll tell you what I can about it.

NAF is a fairly small con, so don't expect areas to be packed. That being said, it's fun (in my opinion at least). Usually there's a few things going on at a time... last year there was one room for panels (I'll be running this year hopefully... I need to get my sheets in though!), one room for gaming, one viewing room, and a dealer's room/artist's alley. There's a masquerade, where people can put on short skits and show off their costumes, and a JPOP dance. There are other live shows throughout the weekend, from anime improv to hosting to musical performances.

And don't worry, you'll see a fair amount of cosplayers wandering the hallways. ^_~

Hm, Im pretty sure there will be at least 100 people there.
I haven't been to NAF, but I've been to other small cons and I know there wont be less then 100 XD and probably most of them will be in cosplay as well.

Edit: Mark says they're expecting at least 300 people

I noticed that I only saw a few people, but my brother said a majority of them were in the exhibitor hall. I thought there were only like 100 people there XDD

But I can say that I saw quite a few cosplays and I felt left out XD But it was fun. I mostly spent my time in the viewing room and the dealer room(bad me *smack* I spent almost all my money XD)
