If you find picture(s) of your costume(s), feel free to use them for your cosplay.com gallery, MySpace, CosSpace, ACP, Live-Journal, or your own website. Any credit you can give me would be appreciated. :)

If you would like larger-sized copies of your pictures, please send me a Private Message (PM) and include: the link(s) to the picture(s) to show me which ones you want, and also an email to send the picture(s) to. I'll get them to you when I can. Please note that the end of May and beginning of June, I will be extremely busy with FanimeCon and Project A-kon. I appreciate your patience!

Awesome, EBK. I'm so glad you were there to help those of us who couldn't go to San Jose live vicariously through your pics. As usual.

Hope you had a good time and saw some eye-popping, jaw-dropping costumes!

John O'Halloran brought the "Paparazzi Playset" in for the Photography Office. It was out on one of the tables for awhile, then we moved it into the Photography Office.

Karisu: Can't wait to see Richard's pics! I'm sure he's got tons more to post than what I took.. Thanks for posing for the pics and taking a breather to chat throughout the weekend. :)

CapsuleCorp: Yesh, I had a really good time, and it was different seeing a lot of different types of costumes than what I'm used to seeing at anime & sci-fi/comic conventions! And not knowing as many people there was good (and not so good) but hopefully the costumers/cosplayers I took pictures of will see my pics and like how mine turned out. :) I had fun, but probably won't return in 2009 since my May will be busy with FanimeCon next year. Still, I enjoyed it a lot!

Hazel: haha thankfully nobody jacked that awesome play-set while it was outside on the tables. Still, it was fun to borrow it to take silly pics like this one:

I was so happy to come to the main site and see some CC pics on cosplay.com - that was awesome and made my morning. And I wasn't even there!

Forget that even those of us that where there need to see pics. Good lord I walked around all weekend seeing stars because of all the beatiful and detailed costumes! Thanks Eurobeat for taking pics of the scifi masq! I never really saw lots of the costumes while in the green room and it's great to see yours!

Kaijugal: It was nice to be able to chat with you & Sarcasm-Hime since other cons when I see you it's always so hectic. Sorry I missed one of your costumes but at least i was able to get your award-winning kitty costume. :)

SleepingDragon: I'm glad people who weren't able to attend like the pictures I took. I couldn't get everyone, but I did my best. :D

UPDATE: I was busy last night with stuff, but tonight I'll start posting Sunday's pictures. Since I had to work on Monday, Sunday will be the last day, but there were a lot of good costumes! I'll post again when they start to go up later tonight.

FINAL UPDATE: I've finished posting all of my pictures from Costume-Con 2008! :D

Please read the first post of this thread to see the links to the pictures.

I had a really fun time for my first Costume-Con, and although I liked it a lot, it's hard to say when I'll return there unless it returns to the Bay Area (or CA) again in the future. But at least I have these pictures to remind me of what a different kind of convention this is, much different than the usual anime & comic-book conventions I attend. :)

I hope to see everyone who went again sometime this year, be it Fanime, Anime Expo, San Diego Comic-Con, DragonCon, or even Yaoi-Con. Until then, good luck with those costumes you have planned ! :skidude2:
