Okay I have about A year until my next Con.(I'm living at home for college so I can't travel to any other cons) I am thinking of doing a Disgaea Cosplay. I have plenty of free time, almost no skill and modest access to money (Maybe 300 dollars tops for a costume) I want to do a Prinny costume for myself. I'm about 6'2''-6'3'' and have the build of Sailor Bubba. Any ideas on how to make a Mascot style costume for myself or am I setting myself up for failure?

You may have to get a commission done. However I think mascot costumes are pretty pricey. Maybe you could get some of the costume commissioned and try to complete it yourself..? Or maybe there are some mascot patterns out there, but I'm not sure.

Thanks for the advice. I'll see if somebody could make it for me. However two of my friends, (they're a couple) are playing with the idea of doing a Adell/Rozalin cosplay. The only problem I see with the Adell is the pants. Anyone know what hose type of pants are called. or at least how they can get that shape? And does anyone have a general idea how to start makeing a ballroom dress like Rozalin? Thank you in advance.

And does anyone have a general idea how to start makeing a ballroom dress like Rozalin? There's patterns you can buy for ballroom dresses. Check craft stores, fabric stores, even Wal-Mart for patterns.
