Do you have any anime reference pictures? We can't very well find sewing patterns for you if we don't know what we're looking for. :) Thank you.

This looks like it is comprised of:

V-neck shirt
Kimono wrap-style vest
Half-gorget (neck armor)
Epaulets (shoulder armor)
Standard elastic pants, stuffed into boots
Hip armor (there is a name for the samurai style hip armor, I don't know it)
Gauntlets

The shirt and pants can be netted from Simplicity 3999 #2. The armor, unfortunately, you'll have to pattern yourself. Armor patterns can be found at armourarchive.org. The half vest can realistically be altered from a standard vest pattern by adding fabric to the left side or a kimono/robe pattern by shortening it.

Chances are, you won't really find a pre-made cosplay for this, neither any Jet patterns. I agree with the previous post for the items you may need. It would probably be best to shop for the long sleeve shirt (underneath), the T-shirt (dark blue I think.), and the pants. Those are simple items you don't necessarily have to sew yourself.

Here are a couple of images I found that may be useful to you.
