Greetings cosplayers!

For those of you who don't know me, I'm Natalie (or Natchan whichever) and I'll be handling all your cosplay needs this year. I'm excited and looking forward to meeting you and working with you all!

I will have the rules up as fast as possible, and they will be posted at animevegas.com

Are you from Las Vegas Natalie? I bet your excited.

Actually II'm not from Vegas, I'm from St.George Utah. I've just gone to the event every year since it started, and yes I am totally excited. Mostly to meet all the cosplayers in the Masquerade personally!

Out of curiosity, what's the maximum time for an entry?

04-27-2009, 04:44 PM
Natchan: Do you have an idea of when the rules will be up on the website?

~Thanks, you rock

I am allowing 3 minutes entries, and I should be getting the rules done this week sometime, but if any of you have questions I can probably answer them upfront, feel free to post them here, or PM me!

I'm the leader of the group Tantalus... last year we had difficulties because they only allowed 10 per group, and we had 15. Since the stage is larger, and there is more seating would it be possible to have more than 10 people? Thanks. ^^

We might be shifting things around this year, but I will definitely keep you guys updated if you if we do.

We are doing something very different this year as far as the Masquerade is concerned, and I'll be saying this multiple times!

We will be splitting the Masquerade into two parts, and two days! I know it sounds weird, but it can work!

Single Participants will be competing on Sat. Day 1

and Group Participants will be on Sun. Day 2!

This will allow people, if they wish, to compete in the single, and the group competition.

I will have details and updates for you all later!

Please don't let the change discourage you from competing.

"This will allow people, if they wish, to compete in the single, and the group competition."

That's really cool. I love you for doing this!!!

Will further information be posted up on the website at some point?

Yes, I will work on it this week. Sorry about the wait, I've been very busy.

05-19-2009, 01:04 PM
Natchan. . . busy? Nah! (Joke! Is Joke!) I'm really interested to see how the split masq will work out. Should be fun, and it will give people a chance to do something on their own as well as with their groups. I'm looking forward to it!

Thanks for the update, Nat!
