I'd like to know where i can find a male japanese school uniform.
Specifically, the long jackets with the a row of buttons down the front that the rebelious type wears.
Examples include Shounen Bakusozoku and Umezawa from Hajime No Ippo.

I have no idea what the names for the jackets are but I would like to know more. Because I wanna buy one!

If you can help me out, or have any info, please reply.

Thanks
-Rabz

The J-List has them now and the pants too.. there a bit expensive but worth the money.

If you have someone that sews around, theres a simplicity pattern for a military jacket that could work as the school uniform :)

Could navy blue be substituted for black in that outfit? I'd assume it would, but any objections?

Check out Simplicities pattern for the Civil war costume. I used it for my kurama costume. I believe the number is 7274.
