you'll probably get more help if you're more specific in what you're asking for! i'm assuming you mean this kid (http://forums.animeseed.com/gallery/images/2162/1_TsunaYoshi.jpg) from katekyo hitman reborn, but it would have been nice if you had said that to begin with

anyway, those look pretty complicated! altogether, you're going to want to:

- modify a glove pattern a bit so that it suits what you need/what materials you're going to be using.

- figure out what materials you're going to be using, anyway. it looks like you'll need to make them out of leather; they look pretty durable and have a bit of sheen. after that, then, it's your choice about how you want to tackle the more metallic parts of the glove -- assuming that you're using real leather, or at least good-looking pleather, you'll probably want to make the rest of the glove out of equally good materials. i.e.: not cardboard, unless you really know what you're doing with it

- figure out the construction (sewing, attaching, etc.) i'm not entirely sure how you would get the details on the glove fabric (the extra stitching running down each of the knuckles/the side of the glove) but you could probably get away with some plain lines of single-stitching (although if you gathered the fabric a bit more by pinning a bit extra at those specific places and sewed the fabric together it would be more prominent)

once you've decided all your basics and have accumulated everything you need, construction shouldn't really be a problem, right?
