Umm... you aren't allowed to sell those titles. They are not only copyrighted material, but there are official US distributors for them. By selling *illegal* ripoffs, you're only hurting the anime market. -_-

Yeeeaaah what Celine said ^^; Try keeping it down to unlicensed titles?

There's perfectly good ways to get fansubs without having to pay someone else to do it. Namely, IRC, Direct Connect, Hotline, Kazaa, etc.. The list goes on and on. And when I say fansubs I mean unlicensed titles.

Too true Melchior, 'cept for us poor souls with dial-up connections =_=

Yea, but there are still legitimate fansub tape dealers. $2 a cd is a bit steep, where the norm is cost of media. If you pay more than the cost of a blank tape, you're getting ripped.

Duuude, you so cannot sell fansubs... Most of the subbers put a disclaimer saying that "this is not to be sold. if you bought this, you got ripped off!" or something.

I am disgusted with you. I mean, downloading anime to watch them is one thing, burning them to CD for backup is okay too, but SELLING them, that's where good-conscienced otaku draws the line. You sir, shall be exiled >.<

Yuuuup... Well, unless you're an official distro and you pay only for shipping, handling, and media costs...

Shame on this person... Bootlegging is bad....

If an industry representiative ever got a glance at this list, you would most likely end up in court for copyright infringement.
(never the mind the serious fines of up to $250,000 per count)

Fansubs are OK, up to a point but once it's licenced, it's not only wrong but (the last time I looked) Illegal.

I've deleted the post. Of course this has to wind up happening while we're off at a convention :)
