Alright, Im currently working hard on a Samus Aran Varia Suit. For any of you who do not know who it is, or what version it is here:

Im using the classic pep-fiberglass-bondo-paint method. Very long and tedious :drunk:.
Anyways, sorry for the horrible photo-job, but im a broke college student and all im using is my phone.

Looks pretty good so far.
Where did you find the pep files?
I was interested in making my own Samus some day, but could never find the files..I'd really not try to do the custom armor again like I'm doing for Aqua (BbS armor) ;D

It looks really great so far- I especially like your arm cannon. I'm also making the same samus armor suit, and I'd love to get your opinion- do you think using paper mache instead of the fiberglass method could be as effective as fiberglassing? Also, have you found reference pictures of the back of the suit? Thanks and keep up the good work! :3
