Its like a really long hoodie, or a dress with a hood, I believe. Probably a simple dress pattern with a hood, or maybe one of those little shirt/vest things with the hoods, just made longer would work.

As far as fabric I don't know. Polyester sounds good to me.

I think Iron on would work, just make sure the black won't show through. I personally would sew them on, so that they would be more secure. That way you can pick a thick enough white fabric that the black won't show.

Body crayons rock. I use them for all kinds of make up effects and such, and the only better alternative I can think of would be grease paint, but that can get pricey. However, if you are going to be out all day, take your make up with you, cause I'm sure the tattoos will wear off if you use a body crayon.

Hope I help! I love Soul Eater.

It's a bodysuit. Here's a ref sheet:

I used Kwik-Sew 3052, removed the sleeves and added a facing so that the armholes would stop warping(I used a knit, which I would recommend). The fabric for whatever reason didn't want to hem in a circle, haha. You will need to shorten as well as widen the legs on the pattern as well. The hood you can attach with the collar when you sew it on, on mine the collar is on the inside, so that if the hood is down, the collar still stands up.
EDIT: Actually that's a lie, the collar is on the outside. But I'd still recommend putting it on the inside, lol.

I don't really know if an iron on transfer would work, but you could try Heat N Bond and cut the eyes out of the fabric of your choice. :D
