Hey fellow cosplayers!:). I'm relatively new to cosplay, and have only done a couple of outfits. But for my third effort, my first to be done totally on my own, I want try something a bit ambitious. I'm going to cosplay as Zhao Yun, and I'm going to use his standard costume from Warriors Orrochi. I'm going to need some blue and emerald green material I can use for his armor that I can buy on a low budget. Any suggestions and advice would help and be appreciated!:). Here's a link to a pic of the costume http://www.facebook.com/#!/photo.php?pid=163634&id=100000615501007

curved plastic, lots of it. I'm a resin making whore, so everything for me is original and custom made, rugged, and very time consuming. But you can prob find that green foil(origami paper?) in hallmark or gift shops. Wrapping paper prob. Paper mache works great: them smooth curves turn out from a mini non-metal trash can.

one thing, why moved to the crossplay thread? It's pretty general for either dude or babe right?

one last thing, dynasty warriors = top ranked games of all time for me, no matter how it turns out, kudos to you straight up.
