So Ivee decided to be the Undertaker from Kuroshitsuji and make a portable sized coffin Ive found some great blueprints but what should I make it from it need to be lightwieght so I was thinking installation foam or cardboard. Anny other suggestions would be appreciated.

Haha, wikiHow, right? I just found that link myself a few days and bookmarked it. I'll be using those proportions and angles myself. I'll make it a bit smaller, though. No rush for me, though.

same i have til march and nope i found the original site xp i want it to stay the same size hopefully i may use thin plywood but that could be heavy

I don't really know your character but his/her coffin is normal sized? I guess I'm a bit confused since you call it portable.

I'd suggest insulation foam and paper mache over it.
After it dries, sand it down so it's even, and then you can paint over it. Don't paint on the insulation foam directly, though!! A lot of paints will burn it. D: The paper mache will keep it off it AND make it stronger. :'D Hooray~
