I'm planning on her cosplay as well except her white outfit.

Yeah, that leotard so pwns mine. OTL

But I must say OH MY GOSH ANOTHER RAVEN!!
I'd go with what TasuhKittyCnays posted, or you can buy a leotard at your local Wal-mart, but chances are it won't be turtleneck like Raven's. (Mine's not, but I'm not going to wear it without the cape so you probably won't be able to tell, and if it IS noticeable, I'll wear some kind of black undershirt that comes up and isn't too noticeable with the cape on.)

I just finished a Raven costume myself, actually :) I used http://diyfashion.about.com/od/costumes/ss/Make_a_Cape.htm this tutorial to make the cape. It was really easy, but if you want the cape to hang straight down the front, and not pull away, you have to cut a half circle at the top of the cape and attach the hood to that. I bought the belt and pins here http://www.ebay.com/itm/170690143305?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 and bought the leotard from an online dance supplier, and then cut and styled a wig I bought from a local Halloween store. I also made the boots myself, but I don't recommend that because it's rather hard and they don't look as nice as I'd liked. I would buy some blue boots first and then buy material to match, if I were you. Hope this helps!
