As for the hat, have you looked around some of the hallowe'en shops or other stores in your area? Getting close to the occasion as it is, you can sometimes find a good cosplay item or two! (I ended up finding a decent 'top hat' to use for one of my own cosplays! It'll take a bit of modifying, maybe, but it's a good base, I figure)

Other than that, ebay's a goldmine for the stuff if you look well enough!

In the anime its Thigh High boots from what I remember when Grell Stole Undertakers clothing ... *shudders* I Skipped that part when I did my undertaker cause I've got wide Calves, and for Comfort .You can get a Sold black pointed toe boot and Add belts to them. That was my original plan.

Check the Tutorials for a hat pattern.

I used a cheap Halloween top hat as the base for my undertaker hat and built thr fram from plastic canvas.

You never see undertakers boots clearly, I ordered a pair of wide width Gogo boots and added brown buckles.

There are top hat tutorials all over dA if that helps! ><;;

The boots are a little above knee/almost midthigh so I suggest you use boot covers for that. Knee highs are already painful on the pocket as it is. X_x;

Though I am not quite sure how you can achieve the baggy effect Undertaker has...:S Maybe you could make the base hat then wrap it in slouched cloth so it looks as if it's got a slouched effect without falling apart?
