Hi Everyone! I wanna ask for advice when it comes to weight loss. You see I'm 5"11 / 6"0 tall and the last time I checked I weigh 203 lbs. Although I do need to lose a little bit around the stomach area, but my huge problem is my hips as they are way too wide!

Here is the thing, I play 18 hole golf a couple times a week although I used golf carts in order to carry my clubs, and there I drink lots of water during those days. Maybe I do need to improve my diet such as eating less portions of junk food and more portion of healthy food. But that would help my stomach and not my hips.

Is there anyway to tone down my hips in time for the convention I'm going to in February?

The simple answers is fat will settle wherever it feels comfortable to. There is no way to loose fat just here. However loosing weight prior to February is a more than realistic goal if you pull out all the stops. I suggest looking into my nutrition page (just click the what to eat link in my signature), and look in the thread directory for my beginner's workout page. When you become more fit as an individual, your body will start making all sort of changes, if you start eating healthy, eventually you will crave healthy things. If jog every day, you won't run out of breath as easy. Likewise when you start to loose bodyfat, your body will learn to shape itself.
