So I thought it might be a good idea to start a running log of the next five months. That's how long I've got until Anime Boston to throw on about ten pounds of muscle weight.

I figure it might be good for other people to take a look. I'll set it up probably with work out logs for each gym visit and eventually a section devoted to my diet as well. I'll also include progress pictures as I find time or notice changes.

Warm Up:

2 Sets of Wide Grip Pull Ups - 8 reps

Tricep Pulldowns - Single Arm - Drop Sets

10 reps - 15Lbs
8 reps - 20Lbs
8 reps - 25Lbs
6 reps - 30Lbs

3 Sets

Tricep Pushdowns - Both Arms

Set 1: 10 reps - 60Lbs
Set 2: 10 reps - 70Lbs
Set 3: 8 reps - 80Lbs

Hammer Curls - Dumbbells

Set 1: 10 reps - 20Lbs
Set 2: 8 reps - 25 Lbs
Set 3: 8 reps - 25Lbs

Narrow Grip Barbell Curls

Set 1: 10 reps - 50Lbs
Set 2: 8 reps - 60Lbs
Set 3: 8 reps - 65Lbs

Regular Dumbbell Curls

Set 1: 10 reps - 20Lbs
Set 2: 8 reps - 25Lbs
Set 3: 8 reps - 25Lbs

Flat Press - Dumbbells

Set 1: 5 reps - 40Lbs
Set 2: 5 reps - 45Lbs
Set 3: 5 reps - 50Lbs
Set 4: 5 reps - 55Lbs
Set 5: 5 reps - 60Lbs

Dips

Set 1: 15 reps
Set 2: 10 reps
Set 3: 10 reps
